Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping — R100 | 3–5 business days
- Free Standard Shipping — R0 on orders over R1,000 (automatically applied at checkout)
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Delays & Disruptions Jade Samurai is not liable for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Lost or Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 business days of your expected delivery date, contact us immediately at [support email]. We will investigate with the courier and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Jade Samurai cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Redelivery fees may apply.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for redelivery costs.
