We currently sell Sparkling Matcha beverages for delivery within South Africa only.

We endeavour to ensure that all product descriptions, images, nutritional information and pricing are accurate. However, minor variations may occur and images are provided for illustrative purposes only.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is accepted.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.

An order is accepted only once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

  • Products are unavailable.

  • Pricing or product information contains an obvious error.

  • Fraud or unauthorised payment is suspected.

  • We are unable to fulfil the order.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

6. Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods made available during checkout.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully authorised.

7. Delivery

We currently deliver within South Africa only.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership of products remains with Jade Samurai Energy (Pty) Ltd until full payment has been received.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.

If products are damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within a reasonable period after delivery.

Where required by law, we will repair, replace or refund eligible products.

For health and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or consumed beverages unless the product is defective or otherwise required by applicable law.

Our products are food and beverage products.

You are responsible for reviewing product labels, ingredients and allergen information before consumption.

If you have allergies, dietary requirements or medical concerns, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before consuming our products.

From time to time we may offer promotional discounts or voucher codes.

Unless otherwise stated:
